Method
Step 1:
Melt the butter gently in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in a microwave.
Step 2:
Chop the passion fruits in half and scoop out the flesh, passing it through a sieve to leave the juice.
Step 3:
Add the passion fruit juice and lemon juice to the melted butter and whisk together.
Step 4:
Gradually add the icing sugar and stir continuously until you reach the desired consistency to pour over your cake.

Great frosting!! Doesn’t make enough though. We made it into a glaze by adding milk and it is AMAZING! Love this frosting!
