Method
Step 1:
Place all the above ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above.
Step 2:
Set the bread maker to the gluten free setting with dark crust.
Step 3:
Remove the bread at the end of the bake cycle and allow to cool before slicing.

- 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Silver Spoon Caster Sugar
- 500g Allinson's Buckwheat Flour Blend
- 1/2 tsp Xanthum gum
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp Allinson's Easy Bake Yeast
- 50g Pitted Olives (chopped)
- 100g Spicy Chorizo (cooked, diced)
