Best served warm, these yummy little puff pastry rolls will have your taste buds mesmerised.
Method
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 7.
Step 2:
Grate 250g of cheddar (We used a strong cheddar because we love the flavour).
Step 3:
Spread the ham and cheese across the sheet of puff pastry making sure you get an even coverage.
Step 4:
It's time to roll your pastry. Start with one edge and tuck it under as you begin to roll. You'll end up with a large thing which looks like a swiss-roll. Using a sharp knife, slice into 2cm pieces.
Step 5:
Place your slices onto a non stick baking tray and wash the top with egg. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden on the top.

Recipe Reviews
Haven’t made yet but look good making tommorow with the kids!
Made these today with my Granddaughter. Really simple to make and super tasty, will definitely make these again.
made these yesterday and they were really tasty. I did add some tomato and mascarpone pesto onto the pastry first. And i put sone grated mozzarella on the top. Everyone thought they were really nice and you could use anything really like small diced pieces of cooked chicken with ready made stuffing with some cranberry jelly. Tomato and mozzarella. Will definitely make again
