Method
Step 1:
Mix together the icing sugar and condensed milk in a large bowl.
Step 2:
Work in the coconut (it will become quite firm) before adding a few drops of food colour to get to the desired shade of pink.
Step 3:
Once the mixture is fully combined roll into small balls and place on greaseproof paper before leaving uncovered for a few hours to harden. Once hardened, move to an airtight container.

- 225g Silver Spoon Icing sugar
- 175g Dessicated coconut

Made these over Christmas are really easy to make and really are very nice just don't be tempted to make the balls to big as they are a sweet treat , they stored and saved really well.
This is an easy recipe .....but....make sure you note this is NOT a full can of condensed milk...and chill the mixture before rolling into balls. Once you chill the balls (which will fall), then roll them again, or you WON'T get perfect spheres like the picture shows. I also coated half of mine in chocolate and then sprayed with a gold edible glitter for an elegant touch (*_*)
